Week 12

So I'm already wearing maternity clothes. When I married Tyler I thought that I would be luckier then my sisters, and not grow a big belly when I was pregnant, because my husband is smaller then I am. And about half the size of my brother in-laws. SO by logical thinking, I would grow a cute tiny little 6 pound healthy baby. Right?? Call it wishful thinking if you must. I think it's just Gods and Dad's way of playing a practical joke. They have succeeded in making me into a blob that's only good for 20 minute increments, with 4 or 5 hours of rest between!

Today is Tyler's Birthday!

Tyler is such a wonderful man. I'm grateful for having him as a husband, and I know he is going to make a great father to our cuties!

Just letting everyone know that I'm pregnant. :) I'm on week 10, and I had my first ultrasound pictures on Friday. I also had another suprise.

I should probably have known that with both of our families having twins in pretty much every Grandma's family, for both Tyler and I, that I would be lucky enought to have twins also. :) It's still hard to wrap our heads around, but Tyler and I couldn't be happier. Bring on the long sleepless nights!!

Just letting everyone know that Tyler got promoted to staff Sgt! I'm so proud of him, and everything that he's stood for. Hearing him talk about how the people in Iraq are so happy and appreciative for America to be involved in taking their country back from terrorists, it makes me so grateful for everything that we have. That we don't have to be afraid to leave our house to go get food or provide for our families. There are so many people that want to help fight for their country to make a better life for themselves and their loved ones. Tyler, just want to let you know that I'm so lucky that I could have found such a wonderful and caring person. I'm so proud of everything that you have accomplished in your life, and I can't wait for you to come home to see me all fat! I love you!!

So I ended up getting the Canon Rebel XS. I haven't been out to play with it yet, but I think I'll take it to go ride today. I'll report back later tonight. I just got the lense that came with it, but plan on investing in a Macro and portrait lense in the future. Just want to thank my great sister in-law Holly who helped me. I think that this will be a great all around camera. And I couldn't have done it without ya Hol. Hope that you get feeling better!

I'm sorry but Tyler has asked for me to post some pictures of us so that he can see them while he's in Iraq. They don't let him onto any of the social networking sites, so this is the only place he can see them. So again, I apologize. Also, these are the only pictures of us that I have on this computer, so I'll try and get some new ones on here later.

How Now Brown Cow?

So a lot of blogs have gone private since I've last been on here. So if you please, I would like access to those that won't mind me reading. Also I think that I'm going to go private as well. If you would like to read mine let me know and I'll add you on. It's kind of pointless to go private if no one is able to go on and read. :)

Weigh In

Canon or Nikon??

I have been thinking about getting back into photography lately. My camera that I have from high school isn't doing it. So I would like some opinions about what types of cameras to look into. I'm leaning more toward Canon, but haven't looked into any models. I'm more into black and white photos, but will do a lot of color too. Also I'm mostly wanting to study action, like sports or equestrian riding, but need a lot of detail. Any input is appreciated.
